Futuromic Photo also known as Futuromic Photo AV Sdn. Bhd., (FPAV) a company registered (326822-T) that deals with the distribution/wholesaling of imaging, audio and video products through the resellers/dealers and also manage and operate her own B2B (futuromic.com) e commerce platform.
MalaysiAn Pixel (in short MAP) is a social community platform, managed by Futuromic Photo also known as Futuromic Photo AV Sdn Bhd, (FPAV) for non-paying subscribers/paid subscribers, providing professional contents and activities online and offline to “members” on the platform.
In compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (“the Act”) and its regulations, this notice of ours spelled out to all our valued clients/members and/or prospective clients/members, informing you of your rights with regards to your personal data that has been and/or will be, collected and processed by us
- THE COLLECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
We have collected and will collect your personal data to be processed by us and /or your behalf in course of your present or future dealings with FUTUROMIC PHOTO AV SDN BHD (FPAV), and MalaysiAn Pixel (MAP) a social and tutoring community platform managed by FPAV. We may disclose clients/members’ personal data to other subsidiaries and brand principals within our company’s business and the community platform. These subsidiaries/brand principals and community platform will treat clients/members data as confidential, in accordance with this Privacy Policy and with all applicable Data protection legislation and will process such personal data only for the Purpose and within the terms set out herein. We are responsible for the personal data under our control, including personal data disclosed by us to a vendor (data processor). We take every measure to provide a comparable level of protection for personal data should the information be processed by Vendor. Generic Exception Sdn. Bhd. (1062127-K) is committed to complying with the Personal Data Protection Act 201, in particular, its policies as well as corresponding guidelines and orders.
- SECURITY OF PERSONAL DATA
FUTUROMIC PHOTO AV SDN. BHD. (FPAV) and MalaysiAn Pixel (MAP) uses strict procedures and security features to prevent unauthorized access wherever possible. Personal data provided to FUTUROMIC PHOTO AV SD., BHD. (FPAV) and MalaysiAn Pixel (MAP) via website or via any applications, online credit transactions are protected during transit using encryption such as Transport Layer Security (TLS). When personal data is stored by FUTUROMIC PHOTO AV SDN. BHD. (FPAV) and MalaysiAn Pixel (MAP) we use computer systems with limited access housed in facilities using physical security measures. If you do not wish to receive any promotional news, activities update professional contents from our panel of Advisors on our tutoring and community platform or calls please click the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of the email and you will be excluded from our newsletters and contacts.
- DATA SUBJECT’S OBLIGATIONS
It is necessary for FUTUROMIC PHOTO AV SDN. BHD. (FPAV) and MalaysiAn Pixel (MAP) to collect and to retain clients/members’ personal data. Therefore, it is also obligatory for clients/members to supply personal data to us in the most accurate manner. If clients do not provide us with personal data. Futuromic Photo AV Sdn. Bhd. (FPAV) and MalaysiAn Pixel (MAP) are unable to process personal data on clients’ behalf for the Purpose stated in clause 4 herein, or effectively render our services to clients, and all relationships created or to be created between us shall then be terminated and ceased to be in effect immediately.
