Since 1994, Futuromic Photo AV Sdn Bhd’s reputation has gradually and continously risen within the photo imaging industry. Futuromic actively contributes to the photography community in Malaysia while adapting to the ever-changing demands of both customers and market forces.
Mr Francis Lai, the Managing Director of Futuromic embrace a vision to promote social awareness and responsibility, together with his genuine passion for photography. Hence, he initiated “Giving Frames”, an engaging program that aspires to introduce the simple joys of photography to underprivileged children and orphanages. The intent is to gather a group of photographers to volunteer and spend a day outdoor with the children. Every child participants will be equipped with a camera and volunteers would demonstrate the basic element of photography. The original and creative pictures captured by the children will then be compiled into an album, as a gift. The fun does not end in just one day. Futuromic will donate a camera in hopes that the children will further create and capture memories throughout the coming years.
Essentially, this project desires to encourage, hearten and share the passion of photography. “Giving Frames” provides an opportunity for photographers and children to create memories together. The picture taken will capture moments embedded in the heart and create memories that can be shared for generations to come.
